Terms of Agreement

DISCLAIMER

Fees are to be paid in full as agreed upon in the contract, even if the consultant is instructed by the responsible party to terminate her efforts, if the client is no longer enrolled in their school or program, or if the client terminates the college search process. The final decision of application and enrollment rests with the student and family. I do not accept any fee or payment from institutions or programs for referral or placement of a client. The services provided are advisory in nature and do not guarantee acceptance to any particular college.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate representation of the student’s academic and disciplinary record.

• Complete and submit applications and accompanying materials by posted deadlines.

• Maintain regular communication with consultant and meet suggested deadlines.

• Behave ethically, and with a sense of personal responsibility, in the college process.
